Overview

Tsavo East National Park is the only Kenyan park that allows night drives. The reserve is known for brief safaris from the Kenya coastal towns, such as Mombasa, Diani, Malindi, and Kilifi which makes for a stunning East Africa beach and bush vacation.

This adrenaline-packed dawn to dusk tip with at least 6 hours viewing enchanting wildlife and colorful landscapes. Tour is in private pop up top safari minivan.

Itinerary

Tour is in private pop up top safari minivan facilitated by Rhino Tours Limited, that departs from Mombasa to the first gate of Tsavo East national park, embarking on our first game viewing exercise in search of the red Elephants, lions nicknamed the “Man-eaters of Tsavo”, Buffalo, Cheetah, Giraffe, Antelopes, etc. Stop-over at the famous Aruba dam where lots of wildlife can be seen especially during the dry season.

This is a typical itinerary for this Tour:

4.00 am – 6.00 am: Driving from Mombasa to Tsavo East.

6.00 am – 12.00 pm: Morning Game Drive in a comfortable safari van with an open roof hatch for photography and viewing. Game drive through Tsavo East National park.

12.00 pm – 2.00 pm: Buffet Lunch in one of the lodges inside the park.

2.00 pm – 6.00 pm: Extensive afternoon game drives

2.00 pm – 6.00 pm: Driving from Tsavo East to Mombasa.

Safari picks up & drops off at Mombasa City, Nyali beach resorts, Mombasa Port, Shanzu beach resorts, Kilifi beach resorts,  Bamburi beach resorts and pick-up locations set by Rhino Tours Limited.
